That's the only one they developed, yes. All the others were simply published by Sega. Not hating on Sega but they were in their prime when they were in the console race IMHO. The DC was one of my all time favorite consoles and to see them run from the console race rather than run to it made me sad. It was a piece of my younger life that was lost when they backed out.
Out of all those games you listed, Sega has had their hands in on only one of them in terms of development. All the other titles you listed are simply published by them. Now granted, I give them props for picking up some good titles to publish but to say they have been making good games lately is a far stretch from the truth. They hardly make anything these days. They publish more than anything now a days.
This is not new news to anybody that knows their PS3 and the software that supports it. Why you have me on your ignore list is beyond me since I feel my statements are not fanboyish at all. I could care less if you like or dislike Killzone 2 for either its game sales or actual content. I am simply saying that many of us who own the Wii have sought after FPS's on the 360 or the PS3 and left the Wii for party games and short puzzlers. What does Killzone 2 have to do with it? I speak of FPS's selling best on the 360 and PS3 and you bring up Killzone 2? Oddly enough, though it sold less than expected, it is still a quality FPS but represents a small fraction of the many super successful FPS's on both the 360 and PS3. Seeing it on the PS3 would make no difference to me. It was a good title but short lived to those who dislike repetition.
Some folks would like to think a single console could win over the general populous but in the end, it all ends up as a personal felling to what is best to that particular person. No one console could possibly win over everybody, the fanboys make sure of that.
But the real question is, does the Wii crowd really want a good FPS? IMHO there are a couple out there for it and they have sold horribly. Seeing sales like that would discourage any developer from making a game on the Wii in that genre. Sorry but I am more inclined to believe that those who want a good FPS will have already bought the 360 or PS3 and use the Wii for party gaming.
It's pathetic to mock people for their beliefs. As for the bundle... I am of the sort that believes they should keep these issues separate. it's like companies that support political hot topics. IMHO they should stay neutral. Corporations should find a middle ground in any area of belief and stay there. That way they do not alienate any one particular group.
